We stopped in for lunch and it was great. The conch fritters were excellent and everyone's meals were to satisfaction.

We lunched and dined at the Buccaneer Club several times during our stay in Governor's Harbor. The conch salad was the best I had in the 3 months I spent in the Bahamas. The steamed fish and any fish we tried were all excellent. A very friendly, wonderful place to eat.

We have been eating at the Buccaneer since 1987 - there has been several owners - in the day was a place mostly frequented by sailors so a little rough - now it's a great family style breakfast , lunch and dinner restaurant. We stop at the Buccaneer for breakfast at least once each trip to Eleuthera. The Stew Fish with grits is my personal favorite - Yum!

Real local food at affordable prices, taste the fusion of Creole cuisine and international dishes. Polite and nice service, simple location but in a real local environment. The vegetable fried rice is very nice. Curried fish and chicken are also very nice. The only place where you can eat a full dinner with less than 40$. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful, typical island atmosphere and great food. We enjoyed our last morning on Eleuthera here, and were glad we chose Buccaneer. Very friendly, good service and a great breakfast.

Stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed it. enjoined the local patrons and the native tastes although the peas and rice were dry and we learned that is called pot cake or the end of the batch. We loved the fish, chicken, and drinks. We will return for sure.
