I don't really like posting a bad review. You never know if the place was just having a bad night and I don't like the idea of sinking someone's business because someone called in sick. Be that as it may, I live near Marco Polo and have gone there on several occasions. People that are not from around here always... More

A beautiful autentic Italian restaurant in the heart of the city of the eternal spring Cuernavaca with a great view of the colonial cathedral. The food is great and the service is excellent. You can't miss this place if you visit Cuernavaca.

Nice atmosphere, overviewing the XVI Century old Cathedral. Booking is necesary in order to secure a balcony. Wood oven provides excellent pizzas. The menu is varied, mainly with international cuisine...be careful with the spicy-oily dishes! Excellent service and prices about average for a restaurant of this quality. A special celebration deserves a special place like this one.

Ate here twice and both times the food was sub par. The first time I had spaghetti bolognese and the sauce was too dry. The second time my wife and I shared a pizza Margherita and it was the worst pizza we have ever had. Also, even though the temperature was in the seventies the red wine was so warm... More

It is a restaurant located right in the middle of the best Architecture you can find in Cuernavaca, (Main church, Government Palace, Jardin Borda etc....) You sit in one of their balcony tables and you enter all of Cuernavaca's history acompanied with one of the best Italian restaurants of the city. People in charge are always looking after you and... If you get a seat on the terrace eating here on this second floor restaurant is worth one visit. If you are looking for "Italian" pizza this is not the place. The pizza is average and the size is small and the price high for what you are getting. I live in Cuernavaca for over 4 years and there are... More

If you get a table on the balcony this Italian place is hard to beat. The food may not be extraordinary but it's tcertainly competent especially the home made pizzas. The house/Mexican white is sold by the carafe and is very drinkable and the service is always attentive. The views across the street to the cathedral are really quite special... More

I love this well priced restaurant - great when you need a break from Mexican food. The pizzas are great value, and delicious, and they have a good range of wine too. Tables on the balcony are usually available where you have a great view of the cathedral and the busy streets below.

Distinctly average food is on offer here, certainly not good enough for the cost, pizzas aren't really very italian and the pasta is most ordinary. It's prime location right next to the cathedral (get there very early if you want a terrace table with a view) ensures a healthy stream of clientele, it's just a shame that the food doesn't... More
