Traditional Zacatecas carne asada with all the accompaniments. Excellent fresh, flavorful, tender meat. The atmosphere can be hectic and the decor plain. Crowds slow down the service so be patient and diplomatically demanding. The food is worth any inconvenience.

Don't miss out on this restaurant when you visit Zacatecas. Everything was declicious! As stated on TripAdvisor, everything is cooked "al Carbon", including the potatoes and french fries.
