20 years ago we celebrated our wedding at the Conservatory in the Delta Bow Valley hotel in Calgary. Unfortunately, the Conservatory is no more, but the Elements Bistro retains much of the old beloved character. Superb service! Excellent cuisine! We will be back again, soon!

I think this is not a good place, it's too expensive for what you get, and my theory is that they don't care because they always have customers from the Hotel, if possible walk or get a cab and go somewhere else

I was wary of eating here based upon the reviews. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here and were thoroughly surprised at the high quality of the food. I had a great steak and I'm from steak country, Perhaps the poor reviews has made them step things up, but we were very pleased with everything.

Staying at the Delta Bow Valley, and was very disappointed in the Elements Bistro. Had the 8oz AAA Tenderloin, served with veggies and a choice of potato (had the pave). I will say the steak was cooked perfectly, but the seasoning was incredibly salty. Same with the veggies, very salty. The pave was actually under seasoned, which doesn't make sense.... More

I know that years ago, hotel restaurants were not the best but over the last couple years most hotels restaurants have taken great strides to improve the quality of the dining experience. This was one of my worst hotel experiences i have had in many many years. Around 9:00AM, we walked into the dining room and was greeted by the... More
