We had the cod dinner and a burger and fries. The batter on the fish was still a little doughy. The fries, although fresh made, were a little bland. The hamburger and fixin's were tasty, but sat on a tasteless whole wheat kaiser. Overall, ok, but not great. And definitely not cheap! This meal (with no drinks) was $25.

Best halibut & chips! I'm also a fan of the burgers. Pretty much all items on the menu are a hit with me.

The fish is cooked to perfection and the batter is light and not a bit greasy. The chips are cooked to just the perfect crispness and again, not a bit greasy. Best Fish and Chips in Nanaimo. Large portions, Halibut melts in your mouth and the chips are very delicious served with malt vinegar and a fresh slice of lemon all wrapped in newspaper just like at home. We haven't tried anything else on the menu as we keep going back for more fish and chips.
