Great waffles. The Liege-style was new to me, and I liked it okay (very filling, sweet, maybe a little too heavy for me that early in the day) but the Belgian-style were perfection. Light, crisp, totally delicious. (I should mention that I was alone in my 'too filling' judgment, the others who got them were raving.)

Try the Liege Wafel with Fruit Compote on top, it is out-of-this-world delicious! I have had a few other dishes from here but to me this is perfection, the sweetness of the Liege Wafel against the freshness of the compote, breakfast of kings! Aaron.
