This is a high energy and great tasting food and juice place! Staff is very knowledgeable and well versed in nutritional options. The homemade dressings and living lentil sprouts make every mouthful worth putting into your body. If you need one good meal a week make sure you go here to jump start your battery! They use cheese from our... More

I didn't know healthy could taste so good! The food is delicious and made with a lot of local ingredients. The season sandwich is my favorite; comes with a generous portion of salad that has the best tasting dressing! I leave there feeling energized; not over-stuffed . I do wish it was a bigger place; gets packed quickly. Kudos to... More

Lunch is the time to visit this spot. Organic greens are tossed into the most creative dishes. Fresh juices, great teas...a must to visit when in Thunder Bay.

Awesome consistent menu which rarely changes, although a few new things are added here and there. I especially love the Big Life Plate and their flatbreads. Did not care much for the juices (a little too healthy for me!). Restaurant is TINY and can get crowded in a hurry. I hear there is now an outdoor patio but have not... More

Very small menu & seating area but delicious, fresh, healthy food! Not for the picky types but good for the rest of us - yum! Fresh juice blends were wonderful, too.

It was wonderful to find this little restaurant and eat a delightfully tasty and healthy meal during our visit to the area. I ordered a brown rice bowl with four veggie toppings -- beets, carrots, spinach, and sprouted lentils. It was very nice and super filling. It could have benefited from a squeeze of fresh lemon on top to brighten... More

Try the blue berry blast, it's addictive and very refreshing. Service is excellent, it's a fun small cafe but can be loud and crowded if it's busy.

For years, Thunder Bay didn't have places like this...small, locally owned, funky places. The food is great. I get the chipotle unwrap most times I visit! Since it is one of the few "downtown" places, and since the eating area is quite small...I would like to see an item or two on the menu that you could grab and take... More
