An excellent restaurant for a romantic meal. I've dined here twice and have thorough enjoyed both the food and experience. It's a very small restaurant and so to guarantee a spot on the weekend you will have to book ahead.

A small, initmate setting, with wonderful service. The food is french - a classic menu that has been tweaked into the modern day - andeverything we had was perfectly prepared. Wine list is wonderful.
This bistro is more than just a concept, we dine here on a busy weekend night and couldn't be more saticefied with over all dining experience. From the service to ambiance, food and beverages everything was top notch. Me and my wife shared steak tartar, one of the best and fresh preparation of meat I had in a while. Next...

Had one of the best tasting food experiences here. In terms of food, comparable to a Michelin star rated restaurant. Our party of four, enjoyed three appetizers, four mains and two desserts. The restaurant was most accommodating, as each dish was split and shared by the four of us. We thus enjoyed a tasting menu with all of our selections....

We had a wonderful evening at Ici Bistro with another couple.
We began with the PLATEAU OF CROQUETTES and PLATEAU OF CHARCUTERIE. They were wonderful. Highly recommend!
One of our friends had the lobster bisque and said it was exceptional.
I had the SCALLOPS & KING CRAB, DRUNKEN LOBSTER, SAUCE NEWBURG and my wife had the DUCK MAGRET. We enjoyed...

I have been trying to get a reservation at ICI each time I have visited Toronto over recent months. Problem is they only seat 24, and this charming little bistro is justifiably popular. At last I was able to eat there last night; I just I don't have to wait as long until the next time. Imaginative food creations, wonderful...

A very cute restaurant in a quaint neighbourhood of Toronto. This is a very small restaurant, we counted 24 seats including the bar area. Our server was from France and was delightful. The first course was delicious, a shared plate among four of us with a selection of small bites including what I'll call cod poppers. I went for soufflé...

I have been to France several times, so my standard for French food is up there. My fiance and I went to Ici for Valentine's Day. The restaurant looks nice from outside on the corner of Manning and Harbord, but when you enter it is very ordinary. The kitchen is open and Jean-Pierre is preparing souffle and overseeing his creation....

Decided to try some French cuisine and picked this place on Open Table. It's not often a place gets everything right, but ICI was a superb experience from the highly-trained waitress and staff through to the end of the meal. The menu is delightful with lots of variety and made for sharing. Every course was a pleasure to the taste...
