Whilst this place has great reviews and to be honest, the food s tasty I thought they were charging just a little too much for sandwiches etc. My husband and I paid $25 fo 2 paninis and sodas-ridiculous! Try elsewhere

We loved this deli/bakery/ice cream shop. Located on busy shopping street. Food was not too expensive. My kids had a ham and cheese sandwich. We had smoked meat sandwich. Just perfect when you don't want a big meal or to spend an arm and a leg on a meal.
On a rainy afternoon in QC, I was hoping to find a coffee shop to have a warm drink and rest from sightseeing. I happened upon Paillard and wished that I had learned about this place earlier in my stay. There is lots of food, drinks, and ambiance! The accordion player adds the extra spice to the experience. Wonderful place...

Excellent gellato and ice cream... the price is a little bit high but worth it. Good place to drink a good caffe and rest to visit the rest of the "village".

This is more what you would call a Boulangerie-Patisserie in France (Bakery/Pastry Shop) and it is huge. The quality of the food is amazing and the prices very reasonable. They have big tables where people can gather or smaller ones if you prefer a more private setting. There is no service at the tables (you place your order and pick...

A quintessential French patisserie with pastries, coffee, gelato, and even soup and sandwiches. Enjoyed their croissants at breakfast every morning.
i consulted TA to get the best ranked (bakeries/dessert) places in Quebec City as TA reviews are mostly reliable and Paillard was one of the top 5. We realized that this was also close to where we were located. Some snapshots about this place -
- Its in the old Quebec city area which is the main touristy place
