Ate here on my one year wedding anniversary, which happened to be on a quiet Sunday night. We were the only people in the restaurant! It was very romantic. Francois (Frank) was super nice to us, and more importantly our meals were delicious. I had the shrimp and scallops in a curry sause, my wife got the fish of the... More

We were staying at the Hilton so this was a nice easy walk from our hotel, about .7km, slightly hilly, but good pre and post dinner exercise! It's semi off the beaten path and certainly not touristy. My guess is we were on the only English speaking table this night and maybe only tourist. We were seated along the far... More

It's hard to get to place. On a steep hill and parking is on a busy street down the hill. But once you get there, it is well worth the effort. Great food and a nice wine list. Staff is extremely courteous. Dessert was great. All in all, a great little place to eat!

Thank You for the lovely review! I would like to mention to our Trip Advisor patrons that we offer free parking. All you have too do is ask the hostess or waiter and he will gladly give a pass for the parking and directions (100 feet from door) More

Just dined there last week with my husband. Wonderful service and very lovely little restaurant, just across from the Grand Théâtre. Hubby had seafood risotto that he loved. I started with calamari, which were nice but a tad rubbery - the tomato dipping sauce was lovely and fresh tasting. I had the smoked salmon tartare, which was nice but I... More

This restaurant was recommended by fellow tourists at our hotel. What a great place, cosy decor, tasty dishes and the best music I have ever heard in a restaurant. The proximity to old Quebec makes it just a short walk. You must try the veal! It melts in your mouth. The both waiters that served our table spoke excellent English.

I dont understand all those extatic review! The night we were there the service was fine but the garçon did not know the menu or the composition of the meal. The cut of the meat was poor and not tender. My friend had some cheese pasta that was not match a "good home made Kraft Diner" The wine is too... More

The chef is sorry! We take pride in all the food we serve and try to keep our standards high, but sometimes local patrons raise the bar too high. We are sorry our pasta is not as good as Kraft Dinner. The chef has been working for 25 years to better our pasta but the competition from the famous box... More

We ate here twice during our stay in Quebec, and both times had an excellent meal. The service was excellent, attentive without being overpowering. Food was really good, and prices reasonable. Lovely atmosphere, family run, friendly, and just the place on a cold autumn night!
