Had the Rodizio service where you get your salads and starches from the CommonTable and then the gauchos come to your table with skewers of tenderloin, BBQ chicken, pork tenderloin, lamb, etc. and carve it off. Save your stomach space for the bacon wrapped tenderloin and BBQ chicken and skip the sirloin and ribeye. The skewered pineapple glazed with brown... More

First dinner at Saboroso Brazilian Steakhouse as a last minute get together with friends with small children. Interesting decor, a bit too loud/noisy - I've noticed a lot of newer restaurants have not considered the construction. Sound dampening tiles on the ceiling would make a huge difference. The music was so loud we had a hard time visiting. We did... More

The wonderful fortune of having lived in South America for 10 years has created lifelong friendships and a yearning appetite for local fare. Recently returning to my home in Saskatchewan, I had the opportunity to dine at Saboroso. To say the least, they certainly knew the way of the Gaucho. Not only can you get a real caipirinha with real... More

Whats not to love when beautiful women come to your table with incredile rotisserie grilled meats and carve them on to your plate. Honestly, this was an amazing food experience. Get the rodizio and don't doubt your choice. Its the only way to get the Brazilian Steakhouse experience. Its expensive, but you aren't coming here every night. DO NOT waste... More

Our first restaurant in Saskatoon and it really set the bar high for food experiences in this town. Fabulous food and specialty drinks. Lively atmosphere, friendly and prompt service. Will definitely go back next time we're in town.

This was my second trip to Saboroso. It did not disappoint. The selection of meat was great, as were the sides. Service was fast. My only complaint is that the music is LOUD.

Friends of ours had a very romantic first anniversary dinner there. Since we are out of province, we wanted to make their day a little special. We had called the restaurant and had arranged for the Saboroso to surprise them with an anniversary toast. Surprised them they did, as they neglected to bring them their drinks. To say the least... Again dined in the evening without a reservation. The best service and food in Saskatoon. Unique atmosphere with friendly gauchos (servers) and the food was delicious. Nice sides and salad bar. Could actually hear the conversation at the table. Recommeded for a first time experience or out of the ordinary for company. My out of town guests really enjoyed themselves.

One member of my party is in a wheelchair, and was accommodated with eagerness and warm smiles. In a busy restaurant, The server, Cheryl, was very welcoming, explained the workings of Saboroso's unique approach, and was quick to react and bring ordered items. The gauchos were uniformly polite, helpful, and friendly. The food was marvelous. All in all, a delightful... More
