This place was very popular especially given we visited at a quiet time of the year. The food we had was very good for a great price. The decor was plain. Certainly would eat here again.

hawkers were determined and pleasant but annoying--simply wouldn't give up. added a local touch but did get to be a bit much.

The thing that I liked most about bumbu was that Martin (the owner) is a local. Good value, tasty Thai food with efficient and friendly staff. They drove us back to our hotel for not much more than a taxi fare. We'd definitely go back.
