Okay, I don't like doing bad reviews. I don't like going to bad places to eat & I'm not saying the Driftwood Cafe was a bad place to eat, but it just wasn't great. The Good- Great location, right next to the Heavenly Village & Gondola & its within walking distance of the big hotel-casinos. Nice simple atmosphere. Good Friendly... More

Located right in Heavenly Village, within walking distance of both Marriott properties. Great nachos, huge salads and the breakfast dishes looked yummy as they passed by. Very friendly staff!!

Driftwood Cafe serves breakfast and lunch all day. I placed a to-go order for the following dishes: - Ron's Scram - Vegan Scram - Healthy Omelette - Fish Tacos Everything was delicious and not too salty, much to my relief. Since other reviewers raved about the fish tacos, i tried them, and even though they were good, the breakfast dishes... More

I had Michelle's omlette and my husband had the simple breakfast with bacon, eggs, home fries and toast. Both were fresh and yummy. The service was great. A great place for breakfast!

Excellent service, great food and friendly atmosphere. Javier the manager was extremely friendly with the customers and staff making sure everyone was well taken care of. Had the Carolina Connection, potato pancake with a lice of ham, fried egg and country gravy and biscuit. yum! My husband had an omelette and country potatoes, another great dish. Very casual, and right... More

Disappointed. Reading reviews was looking forward to eat here. Food was average at best. Soup very disappointing watery lacked all flavor. Thought we were at the wrong place. Skip it!

The focus on lunch and breakfast.shows in the quality of the food and range of menu selections. The black bean chicken chilli is outstanding! Service is friendly and prompt and prices are very reasonable. We would come here again

This was perhaps our favorite eating establishment while in Tahoe. Tucked away in a strip type mall, it is a favorite of locals. They only serve breakfast and lunch. Their breakfasts are hardy and excellent. We had fish tacos for lunch and they were very good. The service was very good, and very friendly. A little hard to find, but... More

This is a very family-friendly restaurant. The food was very good and the prices reasonable. There are lots of options. We had great service, too. Will definitely be back.

I had the fish tacos and they were really tasty! If you stay at the 968 hotel, they give you 15% off!
