Great location but lunch spoilt by grumpy staff. Wont be going back when there are better restaurants in El Golfo.
We have not been here for a few years and picked the most perfect evening. Sat on the front and as someone else said all tables are reserved but they are not. Felt a little bombarded by the waiter to have the specials and he didn't give us much time to decide. Perhaps we,looked too much like tourists. The fish... More
Cant fault this place. the vista is superb! right down near the waves at sleepy El Golfo, you don't need a front table the views are good further back too. Renounced for its fish Costa Azul is a long established place with a laid back feel. Can recommend the cherne fillet and the fried baby squid is excellent. If you... More
This is worth a visit for views of the sun setting into the sea alone. The colours are magical (see photo). The outdoor seating is also sheltered from the wind so you don't need to worry about being cold in the evening. The tables next to the beach say reserved but this is just for anyone eating. The food is... More
We had a seafood lunch here which was the best lunch we had all holiday. Fresh local fish and grilled squid cooked to perfection. No complaints whatsoever. Would return. Great views of the massive waves pounding the beach and headland.

It was quite expensive, no longer good value for money. The fish was on a dry side and lacked flavour, the fish soup was very good. The service... More
This is a truly wonderful spot for morning coffee - no hurry just enjoy the perfect views and the sound of the waves. Perhaps not the best of the fish restaurants in El Golfo, but good service and no complaints.
Great seafood but my advice is that you take note of the waiters advice. He will tell you what is fresh and local and that is the best option. A lot of seafood onm the menu is not local and comes from mainland Spain, prawns for example. Local is really fresh and great fish and they know how to cook... More
Great fresh seafood, quite pricey but worth it. Very nice location, busy good atmosphere, a step up from anywhere else we have been
When visiting Lanzarote, we always try to eat here at least once. Stunning fish and alternatives for anyone that doesn't like fish and all whilst sitting at a table very close to the sea. Wonderful sunsets can be seen from here. Whilst primarily a fresh fish restaurant they can offer alternatives such as Steak and Chicken dishes. Stunning food and... More
