We went to the dunsmiur location in downtown Vancouver to try out fat burger for the first time. The burger with cheese and bacon was very tasty but the fries were quite mediocre and dry though everything was hot and fresh. Perhaps a poutine would have added something to the fries. No promises that this place has healthy food, but look at the name! The burgers are juicy and a good meal size. You can choose exactly the toppings you want from a wide variety and the Oreo milkshake is to die for

This was the most disappointing meal of the trip so far. They have a very nice atmosphere but the burgers were tasteless. The fries were good, and the poutine was excellent. bleh, not good! Burger was cold and overpriced, although staff was very friendly and fast. I'd go back to try their "Ricky's" breakfast menu but not the bland burger.
