Imagine a Spanish tapas restaurant advertizing with a Belgian Duvel sign. This must be good! And it was! A fine selection of tapas and wines. Dinner on the patio was perfect.

We enjoyed our evening here. The restaurant is very cozy and romantic The mussels in blue cheese sauce were excellent. The frozen cheesecake for desert was also wonderful. Tapas is a different dining experience and likely not for everyone, but we think its a nice change from a more typical meal out (steak, ribs etc). Service was very good -... More

Love Tapas in Canmore. A little gem of a restaurant. Ideally you share dishes so you can get to taste various food. Our favourites were the Brie Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and the Chicken Rosa. But we loved everything we tasted. So need to go back next time we are in Canmore. The service was also great and the wine nice... More

Visited Tapas last week based on other recommendations and I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. In fact, I'd say this was amongst the best tapas I have eaten around the world. The ambience in the restaurant (which is tiny) was brilliant. Perfect for a small group outing or a romantic outing. The food and the flavours were divine and... More

Nice place but, to little food and too much money. We were charged extra to get some bread, and the food was sure not the best I have ever had.

Whenever we go to Canmore our first choice for dining is Tapas. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the food is simply delicious. We were informed that tonight was the second day with the new menu...uh oh...we loved their old menu! No worries though...Tapas has kept the old menu favourites and added several more very tasty items. We tried... More

I love going to Tapas each time I am in Canmore. The service is always excellent, and the ambience is amazing in this tiny neighborhood gem. We were recommended a few new menu items this time around, and they did not disappoint. I will continue to reserve a table here each future trip!

We stayed right next door at the Paintbox Lodge and after we were unable to get into our first choice late that Friday, we decided to try this place. To be honest, the food was quite good and the service was fantastic. The place is a bit small and the prices were a bit steep, but given the location it's... More
