classic diner decor with emphasis on Elvis. I had hamburger steak - comfort food - t'was excellent. Partner has pizza - as good as home made, because it was. We'll be back when passing through Golden in future.

We got into Golden around 7pm after traveling for 9hrs. We thought we better stop for dinner, we seen this diner and thought we should give it a try. Well I am glad we did, we have 2 great meals. My wife felt like eggs, and I thought I would have a Hamburger Steak! I haven't had this in years....

This is a great place. We send alot of guests here. Located only a few hundered meters from dozens of restaurants. Huge meals, cheap prices. Just like a 50's diner! These guys do a great job and it shows. The parking lot is always full. Nothing but great things to say.
Generous portions and delicious, too!! Fair pricing when feeding a family. The truckers stop there and they know great food in every town! The taste of home away from home. :)
I grew up with establishments like this. This one a beauty. We always plan our trips on Hw 1 so that we can stop at legends. For me the best dishes are the corned beef hash and the western (Denver) sandwiches. Nothing fancy. Good honest tasty food in a "legendary" setting. Can't wait until next visit.
This place was really the best place we ate in golden. It was great $ value nice big bacon/cheese burger, fries like $12. Nothing fancy but cooked very well and timely. I had a ny steak also done very good! This was the only place in golden our group of 4 actually looked forward to going to at night. I...

Our food came quite quickly, and it was good enough for a family meal. They have a lot of kid-friendly options like pancakes (even later in the day), grilled cheese,...

The MaCain frozen fries and a cheap half cooked grilled processed cheese for $10? Processed cheese on the burgers and the poutine? The salads are horrible and overpriced...

My husband and I stopped here on our recent trip through Golden. After we both placed our orders, we waited and waited, and finally, my food came out. The soup was lukewarm, and the bacon in my BLT was cold. We waited at least another 20 minutes for my husbands order to arrive, and when it finally came, the pizza...
