Description: PINCHITOtapas EC1 is one of two independent, award-winning neighbourhood tapas bars in London, individual in style - authentic and cheeky in character. The philosophy is a genuine respect for the innate quality of ingredients, a true passion for the culinary arts and desire to impress our guests. PINCHITOtapas is unpretentious, serving good quality fresh fare prepared quickly and cheerfully alongside award-winning cocktails. The tapas experience is driven by the pleasure of sharing small plates of delicious food with cocktails surrounded by friends. Founder Jason Fendick comments that the staff's love of the Spanish sociable dining scene and coffee culture inspired them to open PINCHITOtapas. The seasonal dishes, authentic produce and relaxed atmosphere are indicative of the bars you can visit in the El Born district in Barcelona. I must say I loved the atmosphere in this trendy little restaurant and they served outstanding tapas. The service was good and they brought the food out in a steady trickle so that we could all share. They did forget to bring out one or two things that we ordered and there was a mix up on the bill; where... More

I came here with one of my girlie friends for a catch up dinner and drinks. We really liked this restaurant, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the food was excellent. They also have a good selection of sangria, wine and cocktails. We had the white sangaria and it was delicious but the jug had a lot of ice and not... More

We asked a Spanish friend to join us for dinner and thought it would be fun to try Tapas. We found this place and made reservations. Walking in you come to a very loud roar from the rowdy patrons already there. My first comment was "We made reservations for this?!" It's VERY loud as the seating for a meal/bite is... More

We went to Pinchito's on a very busy Friday night. We had seen the website which adrertised a £20 set menu and so we ordered that. While the food was fantastic.. there wasn't a lot of it. For five of us to order £100 worth of food you would think that we could at least leave feeling full. Also the... More

I booked online through their website for dinner on a Wednesday for 2 people. Upon arrival I was told they would need the table in 2hrs and half to which I said I hadn't been advised when I got the confirmation email. They weren't too pleased and said they weren't responsible for the online booking system. A bit of a... More

First of all, I made reservations online ahead of time as I was traveling from the US. Our reservation was confirmed by an email they sent to my account and they had my cell phone number. Well, we showed up on time at 9pm on a Sunday evening; lo and behold, they were closed!! No contact by email or phone... More

We stumbled upon the Pinchito Tapas restaurant at EC1 while looking for another bar. The looks and atmosphere immeditaly transported us back to Barcelona! The rugged look, the graffitti art on the walls, the open kitchen and shape of glasses, all looked like the real deal. We initially thought that the guys serving the food and drinks actually owned the... More

Unassuming, friendly service, great flavours and portions in the food, and the best Margarita I've had since Mexico!! Very quiet when we arrived but still managed to create a typical tapas environ. Wish we could get this close to home....

Central location near to Russell Square and Tottenham Court Rd. Excellent food, good choice menu and daily specials. Friendly welcming staff and good efficient service. We had cocktail of the day, and the Albonigas in green olives which I would highly recommend.. Reasonable prices too and a good atmosphere.

Great helpful staff, authentic tapas, killer cocktails and cool vibe. Ten out of ten. We started off meeting there for a quick after work drink and left 5 hours later!!! Will return to try the paella and padron peppers....
