I was really looking forward to eating out at Inamo but even by my not so high standards the service was shocking. Sure the food was good and the interactive tables were fun but the serving staff had real attitude. All in all not a pleasant evening.

Went there and they gave us the worst table next to the window with the light outside reflecting off the table so I couldn't see the touch screen properly asked if we could change tables and they said no so I left didn't even bother and try eat the food, I don't tolerate with poor service!
The ordering process is a novelty that doesn't work as its outdated. We instinctively wanted to act as if it was touch screen, but it was an old fashioned, not very responsive, mouse. It is difficult to see and read the menu (it was out of focus) and it took about ten times longer to go through than if you...

A great idea and a really fun place to eat and the food is excellent. The only niggle was the that the service was patchy. Food all arrived very promptly but we waited ages for drinks. Ironic really given that it is all technorganised.
This was a pretty cool restaurant to experience, the interactive aspects did not overshadow the great food and friendly service! Definitely worth a visit, suitable for groups and couples alike.
My boyfriend and I booked the two courses for £15 deal through toptable and enjoyed our visit. Ordering through the touchpad on the tables, playing battleships and projecting our choice of tablecloth was great fun. However, I think that one visit exhausted the novelty. The food was nice (especially the spicy aubergine) but not spectacular and, if you're paying full...

We came here on a date night as we loved the idea of the projectors and interactiveness.
We were kindly shown to out table and explained the ordering process.
We both started off with cocktails which were around £6 to £7 pounds which compared to some places in London isn't too bad.
We decided to order some small plates first...

I would say this restaurant is as much about the gimmick as it is about the food, and is the reason I selected it for dinner before a concert.
We arrived late afternoon so the restaurant was still filling up, so service was quick and efficient. When seated you're given a tutorial on how to use the interactive tables, and...

We knew that the portions where small and expensive, so we used Inamo as a place to have our starters and then moved on to chinatown for our mains. Inside it is a very cool restaurant, maybe a little too dark, but its really good fun projecting food on the plate, shame it makes the portion sizes look bigger.
This is a great restaurant with a twist... The food is very good, and the approach to ordering is done fantastically well. I went with a party of 10 and had a great night in Inamo. Only downside is the the menu is a little limited and it's quite pricey for what it is, however I'd still recommend a visit.
