We went here for the Chinese style afternoon tea - it was awful. For a start the service was very poor - we removed the service charge when we went to pay and they said that they understood completely! The service was surly and slow. The food was poor too - three layers of food, bottom level were a couple... More

Outstanding! I went to celebrate a friends birthday and there were 10 of us in total. Service was smooth and efficient. We all came for the Afternoon Tea which is a lovely oriental inspired tea treats and it was absolutely delicious. It was a very nice change from the usual English High Teas which consists of the usual scones, sandwiches,... More

Food was ok quality, great surrounds in a screened off dining room with attentive service. The cost was higher than expected but a great night was had.

Very nice, had the duck deal from top table with champagne. All came up perfect. My only thing that you should take into account, that if your a big eater, may need to order a few extra dishes.

This is a fantastic restaurant choice in the neighbourhood, serving Cantonese food in an upper scale environment.... without the price tag (for London). For a £30 set menu, you will be treated and full. Dim sum, shredded aromatic duck pancakes, crispy shredded beef, pepper chicken, fried rice... All with perfect seasoning, lovely flavours, and portion sizes. Only the green tea... More

BOOKING: Booking the restaurant was very easy. I booked online on the Grosvenor Hotel's website. It was quick with an email confirmation. FOOD: Before I discuss the service we experienced I must say that the food was incredible! It was the best Cantonese food I have ever eaten. Dim sum to die for! Compliments to the chefs however I am... More

Perhaps our best meal in London. This is an Asian fusion restaurant with a large menu. The food was fantastic, but very pricey. Service was excellent and the place had a great ambiance.

Efficient friendly service and good presentation of food. Great choice on menu, only let down by not having 2 of the deserts on menu available.

This elegant restaurant (the decor and table settings are exquisite) serves wonderfully delious food that will change your impression of "Chinese" food forever. The food selections and varieties of preparation will suit all palates, nothing pretentious about this menu of delious Dim Sum and other entrees. What truly rounded out our experience was the cordial, understated, very professional servers and... More

The Grand Imperial in the Grosvenor Hotel is not only wonderfully located at the Victoria hub, it's also a Chinese restaurant befitting the elegant hotel. The restaurant is tastefully decorated in what I would term old-world luxe -- it has marble columns and chandeliers, and floral centrepiece... Feels comfortable and with the super high ceiling (elaborately motiffed with floral designs),... More
