I promise you that if you visit Moro you won't be disappointed. This is NOT one of those stupidly expensive 'place to be' in London that serves up rubbish food. The food is absolutely amazing, cooked with an intricate balance of flavours that will have you pondering how they achieved the results that they achieve! Oh... and the sherry list... More

I don't know how the clients(it was full) pay to eat in this restaurant, which I was visited after reccomendation. I tried five plates of the menu among them and grilled lamp(what more simply than that?) with mixed salad. It was untasty at all! I think the chef must to qualified on more palate experiences.

The service, food and atmosphere in this restaurant were superb on a visit last night for my mum's birthday. From the moment we walked in they made us feel like valued and special customers. Having always wanted to go there, we weren't disappointed and it lives up to the reviews.

Every time I head towards Moro Restaurant in Clerkenwell, I feel the urge to wave my arms and sing like a Broadway hopeful - yes, that's how much I look forward to lunch or dinner there. So when we snagged an outside table for lunch on a sunny afternoon last week, hubby and I felt inordinately pleased. There is always... More

Interesting food, shame about the portion sizes. The tapas looked good, shame you couldn't have it at the table, which was a la carte only

This is the first review I have ever left for a restaurant and felt that I just had to. With only two of us there to eat we had a fantastic time. The food was excellent as was the wine to compliment it. Perfect portion sizes and no excessive waiting between courses despite how busy and bustling the place was.... More

Have been coming here for years and rarely been disappointed. It's simple fare, cooked well - a bit on hte pricey side. The only thing I would say is that it's very noisy and this puts me off going if I'm not feeling particularly vociferous. Don't go with anyone with hearing problems.

I would like to invite everybody who loves lamb to take the lamb challenge at Moro. My personal view is that it is the best lamb I ever had. This place is always very busy and although we had a late in the day booking it was still hustling and bustling. The service is attentive and the recommendation for the... More

A great expierence. Great atmosphere, lovely food and perfect service. We had the charcoal grilles lamb and seabass with braised courgette which was perfect. But you have to try the yoghurt cake with pomegranate and pistachios finger licking good.

Was taken there by friends who read reviews about this supposedly Spanish restaurant. In reality the restaurant has nothing spanish on its menu. I was a bit disappointed, but could live with it. The food is elaborate and well presented, and portions are adequate to standard hunger, however the overall price is frankly too high for what we had. We... More
