Stumbled upon this restaurant in Zagat -- fungi to die for, a waitress warm and cheering and tasteful as the food. A small, intimate spot off the beaten track and away --but not too far-- from the madding crowds of Charlotte Street. I couldn't believe our good luck in having a more than excellent meal at this homey place.

Sardo needs an injection of family. The homemade pasta is excellent, but it's a bit cold and aloof.
