Had a meal here with some colleagues from work - excellent service and menu, really well thought through. Would highly reccomend a meal there.
We went there as lunch. I've already read many good reviews in tripadvisor here and so I was very looking forward to coming here, but still beyond expectation. Excellent service, amazing food, good atmosphere, everything is fantastic. Considered very high quality and good service, 3 courses for 30 GBP (actually, amazingly they served us some breads, ikind of potato chips... More
Third visit to this restaurant and third time completely satisfied. We have been to many fine dining restaurants including 3 michelin star ones but this is our favourite. The flavours and textures are amazing, there are so many 'wow' moments from the taste sensations. The service is also excellent.
1 Michelin Star Restaurant. Chef: Agnar Sverrisson. We got the 3 courses lunch menu for £ 26.90. Creative food. The service is attentive but informal. The ambience is warm. Definitely, we will come back.
Had the lunch menu. Very good food, very original. Staff was friendly. I really liked it and will probably come back.
Texture ticks every box you would like to have ticked: sensible size, quiet, exceptional service, concise but comprehensive menu, reasonably priced wine list ( for the area and type of establishment) with superb wines, delicious food at the highest level. You really could want for no more. The only (very slight) downside is that Texture is actually part of the... More
Recently visited for the second time which was even better than the first. Could not recommend this restaurant more highly. The food is not only delicious but most interesting as well. Texture is far better than any Michelin starred restaurant that I have used without the dreaded pretentiousness that 90%+ michelin starred restaurants have. The staff are most friendly and... More
Our party of two had the set lunch menu (I love London for these set lunch menu which are usually a bargain) and we both were very, very favourably impressed by the elegance of the presentation and the balance of the food. I love the concept of a champagnerie (their champagne list is very solid) which is also a restaurant... More
Set in a classical london residential building with high ceilings, it's a fairly small restaurant. It's all one big room, with a big bar wall on one side where you enter, and the prep side of the kitchen on the other. I'd recommend trying to avoid the tables right next to the kitchen. We went for the tasting menu, some... More
I recently went to Texture for dinner and had the fish tasting menu. I'd walked past many times and the place looks unassuming from the outside but is lovely once inside. The entrance bar has a relaxed but formal atmosphere. All of the dishes were interesting and delicious. The king crab and desert are real highlights. It was nice to... More
