We've been here twice now, and both occasions have been fantastic. The food, service and restaurant itself have been superb on both visits, and I can't wait to find an excuse to return! Whilst it is more money than I would normally pay for a meal out, it is without doubt excellent value.

Have you ever eaten in one of those castles or Halls that you have paid to walk around...well now is your chance. You eat in a huge drawing room with a large open fire, tapestries, paintings and lush comfortable furnishings. Chose beers, wines or afternoon tea with scones. A little expensive but a worth while experience.

5 course meal for £40 ... what's not to like?! Beautifully presented and gorgeous tasting meals, healthy and exotic, with local produce.

You pay for a four-course meal but you do actually get more as there are a couple of complimentary courses too. Beautiful food and some great menu choices

The restaurant was very well organised. Staff very friendly and knowledgable regarding the menu. The food was very nice indeed, I had the duck and it was cooked to perfection! Slightly expensive but in this case you get what you pay for! I would recommend to everyone that enjoys fine dining.
