We visit Maranellos for almost every celebration we have in the family. Over the years it has become our favourite place to eat. The service is wonderful, with the staff going that extra mile to make your visit memorable. The food is delicious, and beats the food of any other Italian in the city by far. The place itself is...

This is our favourite Italian in Sheffield. We have been for proper splurge nights out to grab a pizza teas and it is always the same high standard of service and food. Well done. See you again soon
Makes a refreshing change from the chains which now seem to dominate ecclesall road. The food is great, service friendly and flexible, and it's good value. Feels like a proper little bit of Italy.
Food was lovely, never been before and was made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our mind after ordering, for me the staff made the dining experience and are an asset to the restaurant. Very good value.
The food was amazing! My partner had steak with vegetables which was the largest portion I've ever seen, pasta was lovely and the flavours were really good. The atmosphere was very quiet but not awkward in any way, it was really cosy and the staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back here.
I came here the other week with my partner and I recommend you try it. The place is cosy and friendly. The staff are welcoming and warm, the food is great full of flavour
I ate here recently with some work colleagues. The staff are very friendly, the chef understood what needing a GF diet means and therefore they...

Cosy, warm, small traditional Italian restaurant which was quite quiet but welcoming on a cold Tues eve. Wine by the half carafe - perfect for 2 and large choice of filling tasty food which was a lovely change from the usual pasta/pizza chains. Good service and highly recommend for an informal meal out.
The "Ecclesall Road" prices are the only slight gripe about Maranello's - (especially for seafood and steaks). Having said that, the restaurant on a cold Saturday evening was warm and welcoming, the service good and the food was delicious (as long as you like plenty of sauce!).
