Another lovely evening at the lovely little Italian in Bath. Simply food well cooked is what makes Rustico such a success. Garlic bread is outstanding, something so simply but bursting with flavour. Baked Aubergine with cheese, tomato and fresh basil followed by fettuccine with pheasant ragu which was divine. 10/10.

This is a cosy little restaurant where you are greeted as if into a family and treated to a fantastic feast. It was a real find and cannot wait to go back. We have recommended it to loads of people and everyone has been delighted -

Visited here on a Saturday evening with my girlfriend based on the restaurant having a high ranking on tripadvisor. My expectations were fairly high before we even entered! We were seated downstairs and were felt like we had walked into someone’s home, which we were not sure if this was a good thing or not. But anyway, onto the food...... More

What a lovely place, small, lively, serving good food. Very friendly staff. The owner made us feel at home and we chatted with the chef while he was cooking. To be recommended.

This is a good place for "foodies". The focus is on food and service and not on a fancy and pretentious atmosphere. The food is very good - my pasta was perfectly cooked, and the fish was done correctly. Flavors were very nice. I've been here twice now and it doesn't disappointed. I also like the simple yet stylish wooden... More

My wife and I had a pleasant meal here, but despite friendly and efficient service I have to say we were underwhelmed! The pasta was under cooked and hard, and a penne arrabbiata without any chilies or heat is not authentic in my experience! Having visited Italy many times I have never found the food to be bland as it... More

We had a day trip from Wales to Bath. We know the city well having lived near many years ago but relied on trip advisor for a lunch recommendation and we were not let down. The park and ride is a blessing and we had a pleasant morning strolling around this lovely place. I couldn't help noticing that people kept... More

visited on a Sunday evening. It was quiet but still a nice atmosphere. Very nice food, not the usual Italian food which made it all the better!

We visited Bath for one night and my husband booked Rustico. A lovely little dining room with downstairs tables too. The wine was v good and the food all cooked in a little kitchen which you can see from the dining room. The food was very good, all fresh and homemade. Good quality bresaola and mozzarella to start plus perfectly... More
