The experience starts as soon as you sit down and are offered a complimentary short drink to clean your palette and ends with two biscuits instead of the more usual chocolate mints. In-between the service is excellent and the food better. It's not your usual Anglo-Indian fare (there is a little of that if you look hard), instead there are... More

Very varied menu and what we chose was very good indeed. Good sized portions - you are unlikely to go hungry! Service was very attentive and there was no problem when my daughter joined us at the end of the meal. Maybe on the higher side of average from a cost point of view but this said it was excellent... Shared some starters but really enjoyed the mango dip served with the pop[podums. Streets ahead of others tried. Staff were very helpful advising on menu. Will have to return again to sample more of delights on offer

Visited last night with my partner and two friends. The food was very good, and it arrived quite quickly considering that the restaurant was full. The service was not good however. We felt rushed and pressured to make our choices and when we had finished our meal and indicated that we didn't require a dessert or coffee they couldn't wait... More

...or maybe this is how it's supposed to be and we've confused the generic, made-for-Britain Ruby Murray for what quality Indian cooking is. Personally I'm more interested in the way that Moksh do it. Innovative dishes, interesting ingredients, minimal use of oil to infuse flavour, attentive service and pleasant surroundings. Check out their menu online, and if you like what... More

This is our third visit to this excellent restaurant and won't be our last. The food is superb and is presented in an exemplary way. Service was first class from beginning to end. On our latest visit our waiter advised on side dishes and we ordered less than we had considered as he knew how much came with each dish... More

I think this place probably promises a bit more than it delivers. Yes, the menu is unusual and the food is very nice etc., however I personally didn't think the prices are justified. Worth a look, but be warned! I have to admit I also chose the wrong dish - it was supposed to be an "indian interpretation of schezuan... More
