Great place for a pre-show meal. Get in early to get a windotable overlooking the bay. Excellent pasta with some intriguing sauces. Pudding can be a bit heavy, but hey ho! they were good. Bustling atmosphere but staff coped well

Weve had 2 meals here now and I must say the food on both occasions was good, but it was not busy and so lacked a bit of atmosphere. The decor is ultra modern not "trattoria" do dont go if youre looking for a resto with chianti bottles with candles and checked tablecloths. You can borrow their notebooks to leave... More

Having read recent reviews on TA, I was a little apprehensive about booking here but it was recommended by our friends who we were dining with prior to a show at the nearby Millenium Centre. Service was exemplary, food was good and served without any delays, toilets were sparkling modern and spotlessly clean. Thoroughly recommend for what it is -... More

I have been here several times and although the service is very good i find the food very bland and boring. Stunning views of the bay but the food doesnt like up to expectation.

dont let the dodgy signage put you off, was plesantly surprised, they just need a new logo to reflect the quality of this place. great food, service and wine. views to boot to but the outdoor seats are for only the bravest in anything except Wales' hottest weather!!

Lay out, staff, food, location all good, especially when the sun shines. Bit pricey though.

If you have basis hygiene standards PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS RESTAURANT!!! I have not felt compelled to write a bad review about a restaurant before but our experience in Signor Valentino, situated within St Davids 2 Cardiff, was that appalling, we do not wish this experience on anyone else. When our drinks had arrived and we were waiting for... More

Stopped in at Valentinos before departing back home to ireland. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and tomato beef pasta dish with some italian bread and olives on teh side. Lovely lunch overall and the waiting staff were very nice and extremely helpful.
