Very nice surroundings, friendly and attentive staff. The food was fresh, as you should expect, but not always the case when visiting other restaurants. Generous portions and value for money. I wasn't hungary afterwards anyway, well fed, yum.

We had garlic/chicken pizza, and a mixed pepper pizza. Where was the flavor? It tasted like bread with bland sauce on it. It needed lots of basil, oregano, pepper, salt, and a bit more cheese.

Popped in for lunch, had a bruschetta and a pizza. Great food, efficient service. Little bit expensive for what you get. There's a Pizza Express over the road which seems better value for money, but at least at this place you don't feel like you're funding a faceless corporation

this is a fish & chip shop, it does not sell wine etc. the chippy is ok their delivery service is really poor.

Went to Giovanni's for our post marathon meal, and it was delicious! Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant, attentive service and lots of good food and wine. Would definitely return if in Edinburgh again.

Never been disappointed in the quality of the fish. Chips can be hit or miss depending on how recently they've been made. Very friendly family welcome and service.
