The food here was awesome just dinning on the third floor gets a little warm even with the door open need a better way to cool off the upstairs. Other than that service was great the drinks good and the food delicious i would go again just not to th third floor.

First time at restaurant (and will be our last!!!) , location lovely and sister restaurant Mustard Seed is always good. Out for a romantic meal together and first impressions not good, tables in ground floor felt like being seated in a corridor. We were seated in a table that looked at the a fire exit/toilets, could see into Kitchen as... More

We have had many enjoyable meals here before, but tonight was a disappointment. Our waitress initially seemed impressive by asking for our orders without a notepad, but had to return three times to clarify our order and then still forgot to serve a drink. Serving our side plates stacked up and our cutlery in a syrup tin for us to... More

To begin with we were bit surprised to arrive a a smart, quite expensive restaurant to find the tables adorned with ketchup and brown sauce bottles. They may have been trying to be quirky but it just looked tacky and and lazy. The service was good and the building and it's setting beside the river were lovely. The food was... More

Would happily go back here again! Food was great, good prices, friendly staff, highly recommend. We had the early evening menu was reasonable priced, thought portions would be small but quite the opposite!

We arrived in Inverness on a Friday evening and unable to go to Rocpool, which was full, we managed to get a table on the top floor of the Kitchen. The service was friendly and welcoming, the food ranged from the ambitious to the staple fare and was well executed. Overall, prices were reasonable and we enjoyed a good bottle... More

Hi Ronnie Thank you for your kind review and valued feedback. We have recently embraced a new concept for the restaurant and our goal is to offer variety and friendly relaxed service in a beautiful setting at a reasonable price. We agree that the sauce bottles are definitely due a re-think! We very much look forward to seeing you again... More

I echo the feelings of a previous reviewer ' why change something that was not broken'. I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant Over the past few years. I still love the building, the staff are still lovely. However I fear I will not be going again, that is unless they re think the bare cutlery in syrup... More

Hi Elizabeth I am sorry that you have not enjoyed your meal with us. We value your custom and your feedback. In embracing the new Brasserie concept we have adopted a number of style changes and for the most part the cutlery tins have been a huge hit. We are still offering the same quality Scottish ingredients just with a... More

I have visited the Kitchen many, many times and was there again tonight for the early evening menu, prior to going to Eden Court for 8pm.I also go at later times and pay full whack! Nice staff, as per usual, but on arrival to our table I saw that the side plates paper napkins, with knives had not been set... More

I am sorry to hear that you are so opposed to the changes which have taken place at The Kitchen Brasserie. Generally our syrup tins and real wood table tops have been very popular. I would also like to draw your attention to some of the positive changes such as our all day opening and the increased variety offered in... More
