Cannot understand the negative reviews posted about this restaurant, had great night there, everyone in the group enjoyed their meal. Great choice and excellent quality. Ignore the bad reviews and try it, you will be very pleasantly surprised.

We had an evening meal here. The food - brushetta, lamb & steak were fab. The surroundings are warm - (fairy lights inc) and cosy. The service was effecient. A good mix of diners - kids catered for. We woud return.

From the minute we arrived, the male waiter was shockingly rude to us as individuals and customers. The party of 7 was squished into a corner, and he constantly complained when we moved our chairs to...

I live near The Washerwoman's Hill restaurant and eat there on a reasonably regular basis. If you stick to the special menus (e.g., €20 for 3 courses on so-called ladies night) then it represents good value in a pleasant environment. Eating from the a la carte menu can be quite expensive, and it is generally not worth the money -...
