Friendly staff, great food and nice and quick which is just what you want at an airport. As a woman travelling on my own i felt comfortable and at ease.

Had a very good steak, could see the chefs cooking the food. Breakfast and lunch were also to a good standard

The biggest thing I recall about the SPACIOUS eating establishment, (and I don't know for sure if this is the "Source Grill at Marriott Manchester Airport" but the only place that came up)...was the quality, quantity and price of the food.
