What more can be said then civilized, impeccable service, incredible flavors and presentation, and a dining experience to be remembered. This will be a regular stop each trip to Bordeaux. I can not recall a 1 star Michelin restaurant that should be elevated to 2 stars. Its pricey, but incredible quality in food and service is worthy.

The small dragon who accompanied us to dinner wrote her review on myndidragoon.com. This was an amazing experience.

We visited Le Pressoir D'argent when we visited Bordeaux, last september. It was really an excellent dinner and it was better then I had expected to be honest. We stayed at the Regent Grand Hotel, and usually restaurants in big hotels don't live up to standards. However, the evening was enormously enjoyable and very atmospheric. The waiters were all very... Came for dinner twice in May 2012 and thoroughly enjoyed both dinner meals. We had the degustation menu and found the food, presentation and service excellent. Compared to what we pay back home in Singapore for such fine dining food, this place was value for money.

Being accustomed to good restaurants I had an unforgettable time in this restaurant, just visit worth a look, it's beautiful! Level plate, the chef puts all his talent and probably any means necessary ... Crab ladies and gentlemen, we eat it all, but then, attention addition, more than € 60 if I recall correctly just for the entry ... Sweetbreads... More

Drove from Madrid specifically to eat at this restaurant and stay in this hotel after consulting our usually trusted Michelin guide only to be absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed in every way! A beautiful hotel and restaurant with stuffy atmosphere with incapable surly patronising staff with attitudes far above their station generally! It took 3 attempts to serve me a Campari,orange... The restaurant is set in the magnificent Grand Hotel and shares its opulent modern take on sumptious c19 decor. The waiting staff could not be more welcoming and friendly. The sterotyoe of the surly and intimdating French waiter has no place amongst the young and knowledgable staff who nonetheless maintain the highest standards of unobtrusive service. They a all stars.... More

Perfect dinner in every way. The food was superb. First we were offered a glass of bubbles and then served macadamias, bread and amuse bouche (poached salmon with fois gras foam). For entree we had poached langoustines with pan fried fois gras, and fois gras with scallops. Both dishes were delicious and innovative. For main, two of us shared a... More
