What more can I say except was excellent. Small menu but a complementing mix of wonderful tastes. Very reasonable price for the quality. Veal and rhubarb with subtle balsamic sauce was first class.

Given the rather snooty approach of a nearby restaurant my wife and I decided to eat here. A good decision as it turned out, half the price of the other and genuinely interesting food. I had the boudin noir for starters and my wife hade the veloute de choux-fleur. Both were excellent though some may opine that the blood sausage...

We selected this restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews, but we found the portions enormous and the food exceedingly rich. I couldn't finish either of my courses. The space was small. The owner was charming and took care of all tables himself. I am sorry to give a somewhat negative review because I think the young couple is trying hard...

Our family of six enjoyed a dinner here, following the advice of other Tripadvisor users. The number of choices for each course was small, but we all found something we liked. We intended to return another day,but the menu posted outside was the same on our return attempt.Perhaps in low season they do not change offerings frequently?
Again TripAdvisor has helped us find a great place to eat.
This is a small intimate restaurant with charming interior, the owner (?) being the most charming of it all with his suspenders and sideburns. He did not speak much English, but used translate tools for all they are worth, and we had no trouble communicating.
The food looked wonderful...

Our visit for lunch here was not planned, but we will be planning to return. The lunchtime menu far exceeded our expectations. Presentation of every dish was excellent - and not at the expense of flavour and use of local ingredients. We were welcome with a carrot amuse bouche, light and flavoursome. The pumpkin soup with a goats cheese, crouton...

La Part des Anges is new to Chinon! The welcome in this very small restaurant is friendly, the service efficient. We had Veal Kidneys with Mushrooms (perfect) and Fois Gras (good) as a starter. The main was Bar with a herbal butter and Veal again. Well cooked, in the very small kitchen. It is surprising how calm the Chef is...

Although small the restaurant has plenty of atmosphere & was full the night we visited which...

My husband & I were so impressed with our dinner at this small bistro, which is superbly run by one couple, the talented female chef and the male host-server. Dinner was amazing and delicious. We enjoyed a shrimp & melon soup with goat cheese starter, followed by veal & pork belly entrees and ending with a caramel pudding & apple...
