Santa Carne is an awesome Argentinian Grill in the heart of Le Marais. Outstanding customer service, great variety on the menu, tasty appetizers, fine meat, and flavory desserts are just some words to describe the restaurant. The prices are right for the quality of the food. I will definitely go back again.

I've had the pleasure of eating at Santa Carne on two occasions now and each time I have not been let down by the standard of the food.
My personal recommendation would be the Chorizo followed by a Lomo fillet steak, washed down with a bottle of Malbek. Cooked medium it really is melt in your mouth stuff and all...

An excellent Argentinian steak house in the Marais, not cheap but very high quality.
