Fantatstic service by the one waiter who serves all 10 tables fabulously. the food was amazing, expensive, but well worth the price. We both had the langoustine salad starter whcih was amazing and then steak which was the best we... More

This restaurant is one of those special experiences. It is small, intimate, the man himself ensures all elements of the experience are of highest standard. The food was special indeed. I am not a great fan of snails, but my wife ordered them and they were perfect. The chateaubrilland was to die for, the best ever. Mr Chene keeps a... More

I was hoping for a classic cassoulet as the first dinner during this trip to Paris and was referred to Paul Chene. Everything about the meal was perfect! The service was by the owner. He explained the dishes and presented them with style. I have tried cassoulet many times, but what I was served set a standard by which all... More

The service is outstanding with there only being a few tables it is cosy. We were welcomed with a glass of the family champagne while we pursued the menu. The meals were very nice but not wow which I was rather expecting.

On a recent trip to Paris with my son one of my daughters we dined at Paul Chene. What a delight it was. This very intimate small restaurant gives you the feeling of being in the owner's home. We had a five course meal that was truly wonderful and spent the whole evening in the cosy, warm, tastefully decorated atmosphere.Our... More

Revisited one of the most beautiful cities, and of course, had to revisit our new favorite restaurant. Servce impeccable, quaint, food delicious and just a wonderful way to remember the City of Lights. I recommend you start with their own champagne, the soups are exceptional, and their fish and veal in their puffed pastry was exceptionally well done.

If you like to feel yourself like at home this is the right place you MUST visit. Owner will meet you with the high quality glass of Champaigne or a Cognac of his house and will recommend and even cook very nice food. I was surprised how fast, tasty it was with the greate hospitality! Это место, которое я посещал... More

From the moment we walked through the door this restaurant exceeded expectations. The service was attentive and funny. The wine list was extensive and reasonably priced. The escargot and asparagus were terrific starters while the puff pastry sea bass and the house specialty beef with foie gras were outstanding. We Would highly recommend this old fashion and quaint, french spot.

We were in Paris on business and asked our concierge for a recommendation to a restaurant that features great, traditional French cooking, a quiet (non-touristy) atmosphere and excellent service. Paul Chene exceeded expectations in all categories! The escargots were the best we've ever had anywhere. My wife's steak was divine. When I explained my sensitivity to things cooked in oil,... More

Enjoyed the evening at this restaurant very much! Very cosy and pleasant atmosphere, excellent service. The meal was just great, especially the scallops. Probably one the best I have ever tried! Will definitely come back there during the next trip to Paris.
