Without doubt the worst meal we have had in years! We started with very good amuse bouches, which we thought would indicate the rest of the meal, and so we went for the most expensive tasting menu. Well we were so wrong! In all fairness the first two courses were quiet good, but thereafter they were all awful, except for... More

We visited as a group of four - including a Grandparent who is notoriously picky about what she eats. This gem of a restaurant gives very little away from the outside as to the charms that lay within - one would very easily walk past and not give it a second look. We booked on the recommendation of a friend... More

A two Michelin star restaurant needs to baffle, amaze and surprise you at every turn. In its degustation menu "Action et Réaction" Franck Putelat in our opinion failed to do that. This nine course meal certainly contains a number of very strong and delicious dishes (the haddock, the lamb and the last chocolate based dessert were to die for and... More

Our family loves to try Michelin restaurants, so we were thrilled to discover this one in Carcassonne. It was snowing and very cold but upon entering Le Parc, we were greeted with warmth from fires and the staff was friendly. We decided to order the chef's tasting which has to be ordered for the entire table. It did not dissappoint.... More

I have just a few things to say about Le Parc.....it was stunningly wonderful, it had to be the best meal I've had this year..... ....great cuisine, the food was sublime, freshness and flavour were second to none.....excellent service and attention to detail - a mention for Phillipe, Maitre'd....his professionalism was above par.....but really the food was king and Franck... The food here is divine. My husband and I opted for the tasting menu, everything was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. I also thought it was excellent value for a two starred Michelin restaurant. You can eat here on a €35 set menu - amazing. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Beautiful wines, gorgeous cheese. The best restaurant... More

Hi, I live in Toulouse and come to this resturant whenever there is a special occasion or to bring international guests. I have been 3 times and it is always superb. The creativity of the food, the quality, the taste the presentation and for me the excellent service and setting are a pleasure. It is also excellent value for money... More

A party of 4 of us had the set menu for lunch here recently. I would say the food was good not great but incredibly reasonable, €35 with a glass of wine. The amuse bouche were beautifully presented. I was not keen on two of them. The starter was delicious - light and tasty. The main a slow cooked veal... More

Have just returned from Le Parc Franck Putelat having had what must have been one of the best meals ever (honest)! I'd read the Tripadvisor reviews of the top ten restaurants in Carcassonne and decided, based on the collective wisdom, that this was a restaurant worth visiting. You Guys, weren't wrong...... Was there for dinner by myself (a semi business... More

We wanted one night of a culinary splurge on our recent trip to France and Italy. After much research, we decided to visit Le Parc. Our dinner was superb! Not being Michelin starred regulars, we were a bit overwhelmed by the menu and let our server and sommelier make recommendations. We didn't have one of the preset menus, the server... More
