The owner is very friendly. You must at all costs try the salmon terrine, delicious. They offer a varied and interesting menu. The service is impeccable. The prices are very acceptable. I highly recommend it.

Having checked in to the hotel next door and not wanting to walk any more than the 10,000 steps we had already done today, we tried this quaint restaurant. As is typical with most 20 or so seat restaurants in France this is a two person operation - chef in the back, and host/server out front. We were enthusiastically greeted...

Thanks to the many positive reviews on TA we tried this restaurant located on Place Voltaire just a short walk down from the arena. As it sits at the far end of Place Voltaire we probably would not have discovered it just walking by – at least not on that cold and rainy March night we went when Place Voltaire...

The food, service, ambience & pricing at L'Ingenu are all fantastic. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Loved it - and the proprietor/chef (Sebastien, I believe), was as sweet and helpful as could be. The desserts were especially delightful. Don't miss this place!
Wonderful food!! Even more appreciated as we continue our trip through Provence and have found nothing to equal it in quality. The fresh salmon with cream sauce was magnificent, the lamb tender and juicy and non greasy, the duck and sauce superb. The fixed prix meal was 24.5 euro and the salad alone would have been an adequate small meal...

We stumbled across this little restaurant on our first night in Arles and went back a second time the night before we left because the food and service were so good.
Between the three of us, we sampled three of the main course dishes - all delicious, but the lamb was particularly good. As previous reviewers have said, the delice...

Excellent food from a small menu (usually a good sign) from a warm host & chef. The confit lamb was to die for & the delice de chocolate equally delicious. So good we went the next evening, hoping it would match our expectations and it did. Carafe of house wine great quality and overall GREAT value. We had the 3...

Great food from this 30 some year old chef and wife team. Both ala cart and fixed price menu. Not you typical dishes but better than any meal yet (just did 4 days in Paris). Prices are very reasonable, and the food was exceptional. No miss this diamond in the Centre Square.
I can concur with all the other reviews - v. good food, low cost three-course set menu, excellent service. Definitely recommend.
We spent just one night in Arles and had a fantastic range of restaurants to choice from. With help from Trip Adviser we found this one. A small unpretentious place with small but varies menu. We had the cheaper set menu. Very friendly service with enough English spoken to get us what we wanted. Good quality half litre carafe of...
