Sorry to say but the Canaille did not live up to our expectations. The meat was not well prepared and the duck was overdone. The wine list is however a delight, well selected, but Canaille have to make an effort if we where to recommend a visit.

We have now been to Les Canailles 3 times and the experience gets better. The food is simple and uncoplicated-there is great house wine and charming waiting staff.

I had the duo saumon (tartare style) to start. It come with a mini side ginger salad and the portion was realy nice. This was so fresh and the flavor was siblime.
