The food and service were both fantastic. We tried a Bavarian sampler plate with some sausages and other local specialties which were very good. The pretzels were very fresh and our kids inhaled many! I think we all had the wiener schnitzel which was very good and the sauces which accompanied were also great. The beer was fresh and outstanding.

This restaurant is associated with the Platzl Hotel (where we were staying), and we are so glad we gave it a try. YUM - great food and wonderful service. We had the veal and the turkey with mushrooms and spaetzle. SO GOOD. Stop here for great German food.

As Americans we wanted to take advantage of local, traditional fare. So we drank the Weissbier and ate the pretzels (big guys right out of the oven). Awesome on both accounts!
