The best Italian food ! The owner Giovanni made all the food by him self and it was exellent ! And he also was a great person who makes you feel good in the restaurant.

The restaurant is quite small, it could inly occupied maximum 15-18 people. But Gianni, the owner and the main chef, is a great cook. When we were there, he's the main chef and he's the waiter, so you have to be a little bit patient when he's preparing your food as he's alone. But it's worth to wait. Different kind... More

We did not expect the place to be so small in the first place, there are only 2 tables ( one for 4 person, the other one is for about 6-8 person). So if you are aiming for a restaurant-like place, this is not for you. Even though, Giovanni (the owner and the main chef I suppose) is a very... More

We chose this because of the reviews on Tripadvisor and were certainly not let down. A tiny place in an unassuming backstreet position. We had a plane to catch and so needed an evening meal at 6 - we had a five minute wait as Giovanni was cleaning, but then: We asked for pasta, and got a description from Giovanni... More

Not hard to find but a bit off the beaten path, Via Cottolegno is just off Corso Italia - the main thoroughfare. The place is small . . . two tables but the experience is one of a kind. Don't bother with the menu, don't even ask, just tell Johnny the owner you want him to get you whatever he... More

Full of home made tasty food by Giovanni (the owner) with his great passion for food. We had one sandwich each, and they were very filling and delicious!! Giovanni is very nice guy and we had great time talking with him. He show us some pictures of his hometown Napoli, and it was beautiful! If you are in... More

Stopped by here after a quick day trip to Pisa. It's easy to find, close to the train station. Having little understanding of the Italian language we trusted giovanni to prepare us a filling lunch. We had delicious toasted sandwich ( fresh home made bread). Afterwards my husband wanted to try the gnocchi but was persuaded to try the mushroom... More

An excellent place for a quick meal while visiting Pisa. Gusto Giusto is a very small (12 seats all together!) deli in the city center. The owner will warmly greet you and illustrate you the dishes of the day - the menu changes according to seasons and inspiration. Everything is home-made, including the bread he uses to prepare you amazing... More
