Last week I was in Siena and the food at Le Sorelline is great! The homemade pasta Pici with bacon and nuts is just to die for! Also the pastries for dessert (one with lemon and one with fiche/figs is great!). Excellent red house wine. Owner speaks French and a bit of English apart from Italian. If you are in Siena you have to try the excellent quality of their homemade pasta and their fried vegetables, mozzarella and chichen...VERY GOOD Very good red and white wine and grappas

This is a new restaurant in the center of Siena. Marco Frambati, "the chef" prepares interesting dishes based on traditional cuisine of Siena. Excellent homemade pici with meat sauce, very good grilled sausage, good choice of cold cuts, deliciuos cheeses and tuscan wines. Comfortable and fast service.
