I was a student in Perugia and never cared for good eating in Perugia, luckily we stumbled in this place ! Agnello and puree, great ! My wife had the Orata in sale, great too. Prices are ok especially when you live in Rome ;-) also wine prices are ok. Really enjoyed this place, so near to Corso. Also the... More

We entered this restaurant at 7.45 pm and we were in our Hotel room few yards away at 8.15 pm. What is the problem with this place? It looked like they couldn't wait for us to get out of there so they could seat someone else. Very rude lady, blah food, subzero atmosphere. If we wanted to eat in a... More

Altromondo was recommended to us from the Hotel and since it's right around the corner we went. In the USA we would call this kind of eatery a coffee shop. Very noisy, quick service, greasy spoon cafe' style food. Food is just slammed on the plate and it taste like it just came out of a microwave oven. Honestly I... More

Busy restaurant with extra fast service. Food quality below average. Owner very short tempered. Decent hand sliced local ham, extra salted soup. Expensive for the quality of service and food offered. Centrally located.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. It's just a terrible place to eat. Noisy, no atmosphere, food just slammed on a plate, no presentation, nothing. Service just too fast. I saw Trip Advisor's reviews after eating there. People are right, this is not what you want for your dinner in Perugia. Expensive, gross, no service, no wine list. As... More

Nothing special food, nothing special service, nothing special ambience. no wine list, very loud and pricey. If you don't speak Italian you better go somewere else to eat because they don't even try to help.

Im visiting Perugia at least once a year since my sister is living there. Altromondo is a perfect restaurant to taste the real Italian food and atmosphere. There a lot always a lot of customers who lunch there everyday.... True it is not tipical a touristic restaurant and all English menus.... but you wanna feel you are in Italia right?... More

Last monday, on a business trip to Perugia, I went for dinner in this place by myself, just because was near my hotel. I was so disappointed that after dinner I went to have a sandwich at Sandri on the Corso. Litterally, I couldn't eat what I ordered. The food came out of the kitchen so fast that it HAD... More

The man at Hotel Fortuna suggested to go for dinner in this restaurant just around the corner from the Hotel. Very little help translating the menu, no atmosphere, rush rush and we felt like eating at the employee cafeteria were we work in Chicago. Cheap, like the food they serve.

This restaurant is an italian fast food. Mediocre food, practically non existing wine list. we were in and out in 20 minutes, after eating greasy, salty appetizers, pastas and meats. The Hotel Fortuna highly recommend this place and we were VERY DISAPPOINTED. We told the young lady that send us there how poor it was.
