We recommend this restaurant in Buchillon in the canton of Vaud, between Lausanne and Geneva. Try the "filet de perche" local lake fish with butter sauce (the sauce should not be burned). Enjoy a summer evening in the great terrace of the restaurant. Bon appetit .
They offer them in 5 different styles. We had the Mode du Chef and the Champagne - they were fantastic. For dessert you can't pass the Moelleux au chocolat - one of the best I've had.
Service was perfect, good attention, humor and Nice. They know how to bring it. Good food, nice variieties on thé filet de perches. On the terrace gorgeous view over the lake. Place to come back.
We went to this restaurant for more than 10 years and we already noticed some quality reduction, but this time, they really hit the bottom. They do 2 services in the evening : one at 19h and one at 21h. After 2h, they ask you to finish and leave so the other clients can eat. Service can be slow and...

The Vieux Navire is well-known for its filets de perche, the fine local fish from the lake. Unfortunately, most of the 'perches' are now imported because of over consumption (and also according to season). The Vieux Navire is specialized in 'filets de perche' and has different preparations. The terrace is particularly attractive (and prevents smelly clothes...). The side dishes are...

Convenient parking in front of the restaurant. The setting is beautiful with a superb terrace unfortunately closed this evening due to stormy weather. The plus of this restaurant are welcoming and the...

Their filets de perches are amazing as is their tartare that they prepare to your taste at your table. The staff is very friendly and will always give you a quick explanation of the menu and specials of the day.
The crêpes Suzettes are also definitely worth saving room for! However I would highly recommend you book in advance especially...

One of our family favourites. Great service and a menu that is kept fresh and updated. The prices are not cheap, but the quality is there. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a quaint/romantic place to enjoy the local 'classic' that are perches.
We booked this place as it was the only one I could find open on a Sunday evening, and it was great. It's expensive like everywhere in Switzerland if you get paid in sterling, but it was very good. Main criticism was that there was a piece of gravel in the salad which my fiancee luckily only bit softly down...
