This fondue restaurant is farther out than Swiss Chalet, but much quieter. I equally enjoyed the fondues.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and the fondue was superb! You can have different types of fondue e.g. normal, beer or mushroom.. Desserts were good too. And the service was quick and friendly.... i felt it was really good value for money.. its definitely one of the cheapest i have been to!

Cozy restaurant were you eat food of the Canton de Vaud. Regional food in other words. Very tasty but if you are on a diet........but what you eat there is excellently cooked. Nice terrace for the summer days and quiet surroundings in the middle of nowhere.

Went there at night so did not see the surroundings, but the inside of the restaurant was warm and cosy. The food was very good. I ordered selection if sausages and the waitress who served us explained that she actually makes them from scratch. Service was great and or waitress spoke great English and was very outgoing.

My friends have invited me to join them when traveled over Switzerland. The atmosphere was really nice and the design of the restaurant was quite impressive. However, I am not a big fan of founde, and the other dishes were overvalued and not welcoming non-fondue-lovers. All together, great place for fondue-lovers, would recommend to come by daylight and enjoy the... More

I love the Chalet-des-Enfants, not only is it situated in the middle of the forrest, but it also serves good local and seasonal food. Should you be in the area and are looking for something charming and fun to be at you should definitely try it out.

we live near by this restaurant, so we have visited already more then few times, in different occasions. however, lately we haven't, just because the service is just unpleasant. they give you the feeling you are not welcomed and that they do you a favour. however, we had visitors last week. so we have decided to give it another chance,... If you're looking for something typically swiss, then this is perfect. Lovely and quaint, the decor is a little dark but it's beautiful.

Very bucolic and quiet place. Simple and surprising food. Don't miss the cheese fondue (in winter!).
