Came to the de Klos at the end of April 2013. we came first (opening time is 16:00) and the place filled up very fast. What can i say. Great ribs. The meat peals away from the bones just to melt in the mouth... No sauce is needed. The usual ones are better then the smoked imo.

We have visited Cafe de Klos many times and it is ALWAYS excellent and always a highlight of our time in Amsterdam! Fantastic food. Simple dishes with excellent taste. The food speaks for itself. No question I'll be back.

Great ribs. Mind you not the baby back type so much more meat. Ok sauses for dipping. Always full so wait for a while or book a table.
