Just look at the queue at this place on a sunny day, great icecream and seasonal variations. Order system is a bit messy and it could do with a larger terrace, but that is all part of the charm.

Italian Ice and Dutch Coffee, for previous century prices. Frequented by all kinds of people: locals, expats, tourists, smoking addicts, "Haagse Harry's", and the infamous The Hague taxi drivers / bouncers,
The ice is fantastic, the coffee is nothing special. The interior old-skool, outdated chique, the outside terrace is great (also for people watching).
