I've visited this restaurant several times, and I'm always very pleased with the great food (I absolutely love the spaghetti carbonara!). Located next to the harbour, good service, nice scenery, average prices.

We visited this restaurant for coffee on Boxing Day as it was one of only a few places open in Ostend. It is situated opposite the main train station and the harbour. Saturday afternoon in december i visited this place. It was busy but not crowded. The pasta was really good. If anything it was to much. The service was excellent, the waiter was nice and agreed to all our requests.

Typical Belgian cuisine, great location in the oldest café of Ostend. The shrimpfondue is great !!! Local beers and unique location, mediaval water supply. Correct service. Average prices.

We ordered a drink and some hot nibbles, after half an hour still no nibbles although people who arrived after us were already been served there diner. Waiter very unfriendly and arrogant this was the last time for us

We last visited the bistro in 2008, on Tuesday evening it was just as good as I remembered. Great food, generous portions, friendly, swift and efficient service and a tremendous atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone visiting Ostende.

It is a fun place to go with friends, food is ok, nice size portions and presented in oversized bowls which I find appealing. Interior spacious, open, yet cozy, old world feel...This is a local hang out and so as a tourist you get a good feel of the Belgian culture.

Always a good option for a drink or a snack/light meal. Fast and good, directly oposite the railwaystation.

Found a piece of finger nail within the pasta. Okay anyone can have something extra in their pasta, however the way it was handled was awful. Offfered another plate of pasta, no discount no sorry nothing.
