My husband and I ate here after a day of exploring. I have been to Ponta Delgado many times on layover and really enjoy the city. The food at this restaurant was good. It was fresh and tasty, Dessert was delicious! Looking forward to going back next year.

no traditional meal. No traditional environment. No traditional furniture. Maybe "Casa Açoreana" is the wrong name for this average restaurant. The staff, indeed, was very helpful and friendly.

Fresh fish, tasty meat, crunchy veggies. This is a no-frills, no-fuss restaurant where you get a decent deal for a good price. The kids loved it, too. Don't miss the olives and garlic bread for starters. Stay away from the desserts (incl the white chocolate mousse), far too rich.
