Restaurant to discover in Porto. High quality wines and food. Excellent service. A little bit expensive.

second visit to Pedro Lemos, again blown away by the amazing food and service truly special although sad to hear they will be moving from current location...hope they can re-create the ambience
Food and presentation was a theatre experience - my 3 guests simply raved about how much fun they had had
One of the finest meals we have eaten. Location is off the beaten track but they are moving to the Intercontinental Hotel is December 2012. We had the four course tasting menu with wine pairings. I enjoyed everything! Diego, the Maitre d', and Diogo, the Sommelier, will make you feel as a prince! Let them select the wine for you and take their recommendations regarding the menu. I cannot single out an item from the menu as everything was very good. Definitively save some space for the dessert Do not forget to make a reservation.

The place is cozy, attended by a mix of tourists and locals,

The menu is really a tasting menu which is not obvious at first but the cooking and presentation is superb.

Portuguese cuisine revisited, top local products well prepared, excellent wine selection, great sommelier.

We picked this restaurant because it was recomended on Tripadvisor. Our experience was not that positive. The staff was too intrusive, the food was very well presented but average in taste (with half ready ingredients I bet). More like a show than honest cooking. I read recommendations for a Michelin Star - Don't see that.
And when I ask for,a,second...
